The beautiful drawing room retains all its original beams and has a large open fireplace. There are several relaxed seating areas, a card table and has a fully equipped drinks room with glasswasher, glassware, sink, fridge and icemaker.
The hall is a stunning room with 17th century oak paneling, a double height ceiling (7 metres) and open fire making it the heart of the house. It is unique in so many ways, particularly the extensive decorative plasterwork (a floral wreath) on the ceiling and a lovely 1F balustraded gallery.
The sitting room also boasts paneling dating back to the 17th century and is a gorgeous, cosy spot to watch a film or curl up with a book next to the fire.
There are 8 spacious, light filled bedrooms, all of which are en-suite. Four rooms have super king beds, two have twin beds and there are two rooms which can be configured to either twins or super kings. The house sleeps 16 in total.
The dining room is a lovely spot for a long lunch or dinner. The table has various extensions and can seat anything from 8 to 18 guests.
The kitchen is located right beside the dining room and is extremely well equipped, making cooking for large numbers easy. Amongst other things, it includes a range cooker (7 rings, 2 ovens), dish washer, a glass washer, an American Fridge freezer, Belling warming oven and Nespresso machine.
